NHS Travel Vaccination

The following travel vaccines are available on the NHS:

  • Polio (given as a combined diptheria/tetanus/polio jab)
  • Typhiod
  • Hepatitis A
  • Cholera

The following vaccines you`ll have to pay for:

  • Hepatitis B
  • Japanese encephalitis
  • Meningitis
  • Rabies
  • Tick-borne encephalitis
  • Tuberculosis
  • Yellow Fever

Travel advice is covered by the NHS; however some vaccinations and prescriptions are only available privately. Payment for non-NHS services must be made at the first travel appointment. Further advice is available from the NHS
